The order will be delivered within 5-10 working days. For every order, we provide a full range of products during the delivery process.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, delivery delays may occur from time to time and may occur due to reasons beyond our control. If delivery is delayed, we will do our best to deliver quickly.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order.
If you need to update the shipping address, we will try to do this if the order has not yet been shipped.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched and at this stage it will be the responsibility of the customer to receive the order or place a new order.
Netpic is not responsible if you, the customer, omit any important information from the shipping address, resulting in the order being returned to us. If the order is returned to us due to a customer error, you will be charged an additional €20 shipping fee to return the order.
You acknowledge that after the order has been shipped, we are not responsible if the delivery is delayed due to the actions of the courier.
You acknowledge that Canvas Factory does not offer compensation for shipping delays.
If the order is lost in transit, stolen or damaged, we guarantee a replacement.
You, the customer, agree that if you are working under any deadline, you are solely responsible for delivering your order on time and Netpic will not be liable for any missed deadlines or loss of business due to delivery delays.
